Emtron EmVision 1.1.0 released

Emtron announced version 1.1.0 of its EmVision software on its EmNet news feed.

Emtron has released version 1.1.0 of EmVision, its PC software for analysing data logs recorded by Emtron ECUs, displays and PC logging sessions. The update focuses on plotting, maths channels and speed.

New in this version is a histogram plot type that includes suspension-style statistics, such as bump and rebound split by high and low speed. Scatter plots can now overlay comparison laps, and a new live maths editor allows maths channels to reference other maths channels, nested up to 16 levels deep. Session constants and setup packs can now be exported and imported from the File menu, making it easier to share calculations and settings between users or cars.

Emtron also says large onboard logs open noticeably faster and navigation is quicker throughout the program. EmVision is free to Emtron users and is installed and updated through Emtron's launcher/updater application; full release notes are on the Emtron Resource Centre.
