ECUMaster EMU PRO 222.0 beta
Adds selectable cranking fuel rail, LIN wiper and water pump support and extra trigger gap detection options.
ECUMaster released EMU PRO client and firmware 222.0 as a beta at the end of July 2025.
The firmware adds a choice of which fuel rail is used during cranking, LIN-bus control of OEM wiper motors (Ford Fiesta, Toyota Supra Mk5 and Bosch WDA) and of the Pierburg CWA400 electric water pump, diagnostics for LIN alternators that stop responding, and new trigger gap-detection options for high-compression engines. Drive-by-wire (DBW) safety logic gained initialization states for the accelerator and throttle position sensors, including a two-second start-up window when a gasoline direct injection (GDI) driver supplies throttle data via SENT over CAN.
Other changes raise the calibration limit for coolant and crankcase pressure sensors to 10 bar, rename the switch latching modes, extend the fan vehicle-speed limit to 500 km/h and fix the fuel consumption value in the EMU Black CAN stream. In the client, the DBW Tuner now handles throttle sensors with an inverted signal and throttle bodies whose limp position is 0%.
