ECUMaster EMU PRO client/firmware 261.3 beta

· ECUMaster EMU PRO changelog

Beta improves USB logger reliability and adds a Tune Display toolbar toggle plus Mustang GT 2019 and BMW S55 injector calibrations.

ECUMaster has posted a beta build, version 261.3, of both the client (PC software) and firmware for its EMU PRO engine control unit (ECU). It is a small maintenance-style release that follows the 261.2.2 public release from late September.

On the firmware side, recording to a USB flash drive has been made more reliable, and the ECU will now reset its USB connection if a drive stops responding after a communication drop. ECUMaster also lists speed improvements to Project Tree operations and to the standard engine strategies in general.

In the client, a toolbar button has been added to open or close the Tune Display window, a request made by users on the community forum after the 261.2.2 release. The calibration library gains two new gasoline direct injection (GDI) injector data sets: one for the 2019 Ford Mustang GT and one for the BMW S55 engine. As a beta, it is intended for users who want early access; the changelog PDF lists the full details.
