MaxxECU MTune 1.159 released

Adds Rover 4.6 cam trigger, a fuel-pressure reference mode for absolute sensors and an invalid firing order tune warning.

MaxxECU released MTune 1.159 in late November 2025, a smaller update following the 1.158 release that introduced GEN2 RACE support.

Additions include a new cam trigger for the Rover 4.6 V8 (as used in Land Rover Defender and Morgan applications), a fuel pressure reference mode for absolute pressure sensors, a new tune warning for an invalid engine firing order, and a shortcut to disable configured outputs. The target-boost check was removed from closed-loop boost control, and corrupt tune files now produce a clearer message.

Several bugs were fixed, including random trigger error 36 on GEN2 ECUs, a 3D view crash with large GEN2 tables, problems when a cylinder in the firing order was set to not used, knock values updating on disabled cylinders, overrun reactivation enrichment staying active in certain settings, a missing DCT driveshaft value on GEN2, and a brief activation of digital-input-controlled functions at start-up introduced in 1.157.
