ECUMaster eDash mobile app enters beta

· ECUMaster Community

Community thread on the eDash phone dash app for EMU Black/EMU PRO, in iOS/Android beta with an open beta planned from 1 April 2026.

ECUMaster's eDash is a free dashboard app that turns an iOS or Android phone or tablet into a live display for an ECUMaster engine control unit (ECU), connected over Bluetooth. Users can build custom layouts, set alarms on key engine values, use on-screen buttons to send basic commands back to the ECU, and save and share multiple layouts.

In a February 2026 community thread, ECUMaster said testing had begun with a small group of iPhone users at the end of 2025 and was being widened gradually to small groups on both iOS and Android, with an open beta for everyone planned for 1 April 2026. On that date the iPhone version opened to testers via Apple's TestFlight while the Android build awaited Google Play review; the product page now describes the app as being in open beta.

eDash works with EMU PRO, EMU Black and EMU Classic ECUs, connecting through ECUMaster's BT CAN module, EDL-1 data logger or Bluetooth module. Minimum firmware versions are listed for each ECU, and the app officially supports iOS 16.1 or later and Android 11 or later. ECUMaster also mentioned in the thread that an EMU Classic V3 firmware was well advanced.
